FAQ

New Items

  • All PeriodStyle.com items are new! We do not sell used items.

    Credit Cards and Credit Card Charges

  • For security reasons we only ship to your Billing Address on file with your Credit Card processor. The only exception to this rule is by selecting the Google Checkout button on our Checkout screen. While in the Google Checkout system you may choose a different Shipping address.
  • Items purchased through the our store appear on your credit card as PERIOD STYLE.
  • Please call 585-230-0661 for information.

    Money Orders and International (non-credit card) Payments

  • Please make payable to "Period Style" and send to

  • If we haven't received your money order or heard from you via email after 10 days we will cancel your order.
  • You are free to place a new order when your situation changes.

    Personal Checks

  • We are sorry, but we do not accept Personal Checks.

    Customer Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our main goal. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at sales@periodstyle.com and we will do whatever possible to solve the problem.

    Shipping

  • All orders ship from North Chili, New York.
  • We ship to the entire United States with the exception of the Island of Oahu.
  • Due to manufacturer agreements we are unable to ship to the Island of Oahu.
  • For security reasons we ship only to your Billing Address on file with your Credit Card processor.(This is not necessarily your Bank/Credit Union) The only exception to this rule is by selecting the Google Checkout button on our Checkout screen. While in the Google Checkout system you may choose a different Shipping address.
  • Special Note for APO addresses: Even though you are considered a US address, there is no tracking, so we must have orders prepaid via Money Order or Cashiers Check. Shipping is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for lost packages. We will keep proof of shipment on file.
  • Normally, we process orders on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings for shipment the following day (Mon, Wed, Fri).

    Orders and Backorders

  • Our inventory is updated daily. However, when your order is placed, it is still possible to have sold out of that item before your order is processed. We will notify you via e-mail on the next business day if your item has gone into backorder. If your order goes into backorder, you will have the option to cancel all or part of your order. You may also decide to wait for your item. Items usually arrive within a few days as we have new shipments arriving weekly. We can provide you with an estimate of when your item will arrive in our warehouse at your request.
